    Sr. Security Manager, RI&S GSS Special Programs.  This position will lead the Surveillance & Network Systems (SNS) (SAP) Security Organization for Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S), Global Security Services (GSS). The candidate will lead a large, diverse, and talented team, providing Program and Personnel Security support at multiple U.S. RI&S facilities, and customer locations. The candidate will have a thorough understanding of SAP security regulations as defined in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 series, DoDM 5105.21 series, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and the ICD-705 Technical Specification. This position requires a subject matter expert in security policy and procedure implementation with demonstrated experience in overseeing & developing executable plans with measurable results. This role will ensure clear expectations are established and flowed down through the SNS SAP Security Organization. Additionally, he or she will ensure their area of responsibility maintains clear, timely, and effective communications with internal and external customers to respond, inform and mitigate risk. 

    Required Skills:

    • US Citizenship

    • 12+ years relevant professional experience

    • Existing DOD Top Secret Clearance within 6 years

    • Previous supervisory/management experience with direct reports

    • Ability to collaborate across multiple organization levels (i.e. Sr. Executives to Individual Contributors)

    • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image

    • Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Self-starter with minimal supervision

    • Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks

    • Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives

    • Ability to develop and implement solutions to a variety of complex problems

    • Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

    • Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

    • Willing to travel on company business

    • Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees

    • Good interpersonal skills and a professional image

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in the Special Program Environments and understanding of government guidance to include the NISPOM and DoD Volumes

    • Security related certification and training courses

    • Database experience with JADE, DISS, JPAS, Scattered Castles and SIMS

    • Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)

    • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

    • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

    Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

    • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
