Senior Microsoft System Engineer/Administrator - (On-Site)

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert, Senior Microsoft System Engineer and Administrator for work in a hybrid environment.  The candidate should possess expert level Microsoft Network services experience to in include Active Directory DNS, Domain controllers, client/server technologies, MSQL, system and process automation and PowerShell. The candidate should be security focused and well versed in secure system design and vulnerability mitigation.
The successful candidate should also be comfortable in supporting a wide range of physical and virtualization technologies including VMWare/ESXi, VSphere, Horizon VDI environment, AWS, Azure and GCP environments.
Work is performed in a fast paced, customer focused, team oriented, flexible, non-traditional environment that offers engineers tremendous autonomy in solutions and designs. 

• Must have Top Secret/SCI FSP clearance.

• Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience.

• Expertise with a wide range Microsoft enterprise products to include virtualization, desktops and services such as DNS, Domain Controllers, RBAC, account management.

• Proven system and network troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent PowerShell shell scripting skills.

• Proven knowledge and experience with Microsoft system security configurations and principles.

• Knowledge and understanding of IT security principles and standards (NIST) and able to integrate into systems.

• Experience in operating and maintaining VMWare ESXi and VSphere servers and host environments.

• System and network automation skills.

• Self-starter with ability to work independently or in teams and multi-task.

• Customer service skills.

• Knowledge of Linux, networks, routing and firewalls is beneficial (CCNA)

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
