Responsibilities to Anticipate**:**
Execute all aspects of the systems engineering discipline as they pertain to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and general Systems Engineering principals, to include system design, requirements alignment with MBSE (Cameo) models and alignment with specification documentation. Sustainment activities for systems developed under the program.
Perform engineering activities such as: developing system test requirements and specifications, ;technical support for deployed sensor systems.
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience with specific experience in the following areas:
Document requirement verification using the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) and DOORS Next Gen.
Travel to support demonstrations and customer tests,
Present in written and oral forms to managers, peers, and customers.
An active and current DoD US Security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Integrate system performance analyses and technical performance risk mitigation strategies via MBSE (Model Based Systems Engineering) using Cameo.
Low-level programing in both Windows and Linux environments for embedded systems.
Generate systems design and configuration management documentation.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Address customer requirement changes or resolving urgent issues.
Microsoft Office applications, to include MS Visio and MS Project.
Experience working in cross discipline teams.
Perform trade studies to optimize system performance.
Master's degree in systems Engineering or related STEM degree.
Experience using MBSE software (Cameo), , DOORS, Agile, DevOps, scrum, software & languages (MATLAB, SysML).

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
