You will work in a laboratory environment using mechanical skills including soldering, hand instruments to tighten fasteners, and microscopes to inspect small components and assemblies. Process Engineers or other experienced personnel will help train you in key processes and techniques. You will follow written work instructions, work well with teammates, and support personnel from multiple organizations. Technicians sit for extended periods of time.
The exact work shift is negotiable, but training will occur during the first shift for several months or until after all security clearances and initial training has been completed (up to a year). This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) position. Must be able to work overtime occasionally during the week or on weekends as required to support customer demands.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 120,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
