    Raytheon Intelligence and Space’s Cybersecurity Training and Services (CTS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Product Support team. In this position you will be responsible for a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support Sensors portfolio of programs, as well as guide a diverse, multi-functional team and develop bookings and sales of over $110M annual.

    Position Location: Burlington, MA

    This role is Hybrid providing support Onsite as needed_._

    Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

    Responsibilities**:**

    • Implement the Product Support C3S Sensor portfolio in support of growth initiatives, overseeing proposal generation, managing proposal budgets, achieving measurable increases in business area AOPs and ensuring pipeline development.
    • Ensure flawless implementation of the Sensor portfolio of programs.
    • Regular interface with internal customers.
    • Lead program implementation and capture activities, interfacing with functional counterparts such as Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality, holding team members accountable to meet delivery and capture timelines.
    • Lead capture activities, including creating and executing customer contact plans, achievement strategies and solution development.
    • Oversee an annual new business investment budget.
    • Conduct monthly Operation Reviews of Sensor portfolio programs.
    • Sensor portfolio programs quarterly EAC reviews, consistent with program requirements and policies.
    • Proposal Gates for key team members review and approval, including Gates 0 – 4, consistent with program requirements and policies.
    • Prepare monthly operations review packages for Director review.
    • Lead capture processes, plans and procedures to ensure proposal compliance and enhance probability of capture.
    • Support other Product Support implementation and growth initiatives as needed.

    Experience and Skills:

    • 10 progressive years of experience in Program Management.
    • Knowledge working within Defense Industry supporting the product life cycle.
    • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting program implementation and proposal teams.
    • Demonstrated leading a geographically diverse team.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of program management processes and resources including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Certification, Risk and Opportunity analysis, Change Management, and Control Account Management.
    • Prior large program radar experience.
    • Excellent negotiating skills and the ability to effect change administration.
    • Ability to operate independently but still retain the larger company focus.
    • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Demonstrated experience in leading geographically diverse Contractor Logistics Services programs.
    • Developing and implementing Program Management Plans.
    • Six Sigma or STAGES equivalent experience.
    • Leading functional groups in the development of products and service offerings.
    • Ability to achieve PM Certification Level 4 within 6 months of hire.
    • Prior experience leading, managing, or participating in proposals and color teams.

    U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems.

    Education:

    Typically requires a University Degree in business, science, mathematics, or engineering, and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years’ experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
