What You Will Do
Account for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation, and Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs
Partner with Requirements & Capabilities to shape Customer Requests for Proposals
Lead proposal development and negotiations, as well as manage Bid & Proposal budgets
Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and other primes
Develop and implement program growth strategies for domestic and international areas
Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance
Support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
Program management experience guiding development, transition to production, production and sustainment programs
People leader with experience supporting proposal engagement(s)
Experience compiling Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs
Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Program Management Certification
Demonstrated results creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management resources such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processes
Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs
Experience working oversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
