Primary Responsibilities:
Capture system requirements, design, test cases, and test procedures
Integrate, validate, and verify system functionality in the lab
Development of system test strategy and integration activities
Technical collaboration among systems, hardware, and software design functions.
Working with our Advanced Networking Systems group to develop advanced networking solutions for avionics problems
Assist in resolving technical problems that cross hardware and software functional domain areas.
Mentor other systems engineers
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience as a systems engineer throughout the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, verification, and validation.
Experience working with and testing embedded hardware and software
Experience developing automated tests utilizing scripting
Experience specifying Ethernet-based networks
Experience designing / architecting Ethernet-based networks
Experience designing / architecting deterministic networks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with bid and pursuit work
Experience developing in the Agile framework
Experience with safety critical system, hardware, or software development (https://e.g. DO-178C, DO-254,DO-297, or ARP4754A)
