The Candidate Engagement team is a collaborative, dynamic and innovative group that focuses on key areas within Talent Acquisition: Diversity, Events, Military Outreach and Strategic Sourcing.  This team prides itself on executing creative talent attraction strategies, producing a world-class candidate experience and hiring the most talented minds in the defense industry.
                                      
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer responsible for engaging with hard-to-find talent and driving them to apply at Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD). The ideal candidate for this role has a strong foundation in research, niche recruiting and sourcing capabilities, and has the capability to create and implement strategies to find and attract a diverse pool of technical and engineering talent.  In this role, collaboration skills are a must as you will be working with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and produce the right outcomes, effectively manage priority changes and offer creative solutions to staffing challenges.

This position will offer a flexible work arrangement (remote or hybrid) but will require the ability to travel into the Tucson, AZ or Tewksbury, MA office(s) as needed. 

 
Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Build a diverse candidate pipeline for niche technical roles using talent attraction strategies such as cold-calling, creative sourcing techniques and social media outreach
• Create and implement a communication strategy to maintain relationships with passive candidates
• Follow appropriate compliance guidelines while reviewing candidate resumes ensuring their credentials and experience meet position requirements
• As a subject matter expert, proactively seek out partnerships with internal and external customers to develop innovative strategies to source and recruit qualified candidates
• Continuously take initiative to learn the latest sourcing techniques and market trends to elevate your skills as well as those of your teammates
• Mentor junior team members and lead various sourcing projects

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Sourcing experience, including experience in diversity sourcing, creating and implementing sourcing strategies, or training team members on sourcing techniques
• Experience sourcing for technical or in-demand skillsets supporting customers and meeting staffing goals
• Experience using Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed, or other sourcing tools
• Prior experience using Avature or another customer relationship management (CRM) tool

Qualifications We Value:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of directly applicable experience may be substituted for each year of college

• Typically requires 5+ years of sourcing experience, including experience in diversity sourcing, creating and implementing sourcing strategies, or training team members on sourcing techniques

• Experience analyzing competitive intelligence data to influence leaders on decisions involving sourcing tools and talent attraction strategies

• Experience influencing and partnering with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Recruiters throughout the recruitment / sourcing process

• Advanced knowledge of recruiting fundamentals, experience creating passive candidate pipelines

• Track record of success in a high-growth organization

• Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately report metrics

• Experience using Kenexa, Workday or Avature

• Prefer candidate to be based within 50 miles of Tucson, AZ or Tewskbury, MA but open to remote candidates
