Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) provides Operations and Maintenance (OM) support for the Intelligence Community. We are seeking a Signals Intelligence Analysts to join our growing team based at a customer site in Alice Springs, Australia.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
Provide real-time operational system monitoring and data analysis to alert operations team for system response, reconfiguration, and data reporting.
Operate a variety of electronic equipment integrated into a single console, as part of a large operations team.
Apply real-time technical problem solving skills monitoring real-time status for system availability.
Maintain data logs and knowledge of current events for trends relating to evolving real-world intelligence.
Troubleshooting and document system problems.

Security Clearance:
An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. security clearance or an active TS/Positive Vetting Security Clearance with Australian Citizenship
Requirements:
Must be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorizations
Applicant is subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for program access to classified information for the following:
Applicant and their eligible dependents must have the ability to satisfy requirements for applicable International VISAs
Applicant and their eligible dependents must be able to pass site-required basic medical and remote psychological examinations prior to being cleared for this position and granted approval for international travel
Must be able to distinguish the difference between red, blue, and green colors on a computer monitor, wear headsets to sustain communication and awareness with team members, and be able to sit and maintain focus throughout their shift - with adequate rest and meal breaks provided
Must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Operations occur in a fast paced environment where direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers is necessary
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in a real-time or near-real time operations environment
Experience working in direct support of customers
Ability to coordinate and control data flow in a methodical and disciplined manner
Education and Experience Requirements:
BS degree or related experience; or Military experience may substitute for some requirements. Military technical certification credit for military experience (military personnel who have been formally trained or have relevant experience obtained while in service versus civilian training)
Other position information:
This position/job is performed on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule; rotating between 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off - to include working subsequent days, nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with the shift team schedule
Overtime opportunities are generally available to assist in staffing short falls, but not mandated
This position is a two-year tour commitment, with multiple subsequent two-year tours. This is based on performance as measured through individual contribution and behavior

The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 98,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
