n you will be a servant leader and agile coach guiding the work of all Agile Release Teams (ARTs) and suppliers in the value stream.
What You Will Do
Lead Release/Increment Planning Events consisting of Government Customers, multiple agile development teams, and external stakeholders and facilitate Release content planning
Coordinate large Solution deliveries
Coach Solution Train stakeholders
Host daily Scrum of Scrum meeting, weekly Solution Sync meeting, monthly Risk and Opportunity Review Board meetings, and bi-monthly Release Demos and Inspect and Adapt meetings
Optimize Release Flow
Demonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well.
Use proven problem solving and analytical skills.
The ability to obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 10 years of Software Engineering and/or Systems Engineering experience
Experience managing software development teams on Government contracts
Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence software
Agile execution experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Security+ Certification (Must be obtained within 60 days of start).
SAFe 5 certification (RPC, RTE, PO)
Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Solution Train Engineer (STE)
Experience successfully managing agile costs and schedule baselines using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques
Experience reporting program status, metrics, risks, opportunities, and staffing needs to Engineering and business leadership

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
