    The Sr. Mgr, Global Total Rewards/Total Rewards Partner (TRP) is an individual contributor who proactively serves as the "trusted advisor" and is the primary liaison between HRBPs, COE and business leaders. TRP contributes to the success of Collins Aerospace through effective and innovative leadership in strategic compensation initiatives. TRP is responsible for understanding the business unit(s) they support and representing the Total Rewards team by promoting Collins Aerospace HR Vision and Total Rewards philosophy. TRPs develop and deliver strategic compensation solutions, programs, policies, processes and practices that meet their customer needs.

    This position can be worked remotely in the U.S.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execution of Global Total Rewards Strategy and Programs within Business Unit

    • Understands the business and related specific market conditions

    • Builds critical relationships and demonstrates ability to influence HR Business Partners and Business Leaders at all levels of the enterprise on Total Rewards matters

    • Works closely with HRBPs to determine solutions to compensation issues in alignment with business strategies

    • When requested, provides consultation to Talent Acquisition on how to construct competitive offers for key external talent

    • Assists in the administration and communication of key global processes for assigned business units and teams

    • Develop and deploy training for Total Rewards

    • Global Total Rewards reporting and data analysis

    • Lead / manage an employee(s)

    • Daily work may be a blend of tactical vs. strategic work in support of the business

    • Ability to travel up to 10%

    • Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience 

    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree

    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

    • Global Total Rewards

    • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyze information and make timely, practical decisions and recommendations

    • Adaptable to change in direction when needed and prioritize and manage multiple tasks

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Experience with Hourly/Manufacturing employee populations

    • Experience with M&A activity

    • Experience with cleared employees/U.S. government contracts

    The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
