Sr Mgr, Program Management (HYBRID)

The Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) sub-product line within the Secure Sensor Solutions (S3) Product Line is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management to execute multiple Capital, facilities, and security planning and execution related projects, within the broader AFS portfolio construct.

The AFS Capital/Facilities/Security Senior Manager, oversees a complex set of projects in support of contracts across two Prime contractors and internal product-family IRAD investments, all focused on the development and fielding of a set of new technologies / capabilities across multiple domains.

The scope of this opportunity includes:

Capital projects execution by cross-functional teams including PMO, engineering, supply chain, operations, mission assurance, finance, and contracts.

Working closely with assigned Program Security personnel to ensure adherence to and compliance with all SAP-related US Government and Raytheon requirements. Developing, submitting, and executing OPSEC plans on behalf of Program Team. Coordinating development, submission, approval, and briefings for all program-accessed personnel, in conjunction with Program Security.

Planning and executing space requirements and associated personnel assignments in conjunction with other Product Lines and program teams, including coordination and de-confliction of necessary classified computer network resources. Planning and executing appropriate accreditation steps for new spaces assigned to the Program in conjunction with Program Security. Ensures Program Team has access to necessary space, computer network resources, and VTC capabilities to execute Program requirements and deliverables, in conjunction with Program Security and Digital Technology.

The ideal candidate will have some prior knowledge of and/or experience with formulation and execution of Capital projects in support of new development of next-generation technology; Core defense segment; special access programs (SAP); multi-site teams; multi-customer teams (contracts with two Prime customers). Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

Active DoD Secret Clearance required

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related technical discipline

Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
