level modeling & simulation of sensing & effects capabilities from seabed to space, multi-level operation analysis, integrated system of system architectures and operations research. We are in the front end of the business pushing the boundaries of innovation and creativity to establish next-generation mission solutions from system-level up to campaign-level.
As a Sr. Multi-Disciplinary Modeler and Analyst, you will be on the front lines as we trail blaze new approaches and solutions for some of our customer’s most complex problems. You will be working and leading teams as they tackle challenging projects across diverse product teams and product areas including sensors, effectors, command & control and more. You will be developing and benchmarking models (constructive, simulation, or systems focused) to offer integrated system of systems architecture solutions as well as leading your teams in the development of kill chain performance models, engagement, military CONOPS visualization, mission-level operations research, and multi-fidelity simulations. You will interact with multi-disciplinary teams across Raytheon and the government through TRL development. You will participate in Offensive and Defensive Multi-Domain Operations Projects that upgrade Raytheon deployed architectures and systems for US and International customers in all theaters. This is challenging multi-disciplinary work that knits together capabilities, ‘know-how’, and products from all Raytheon companies.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Develop Concepts of Operations and other requirements for RF mission systems, in awareness of other RF and EO onboard and offboard technologies.
Assess tactical utility of mission systems (RF and/or EO) and weapon systems.
Conduct strategic planning studies and analyses across air, land, maritime, space, and cyber domains using models and tools that span the modeling, simulation, and analysis pyramid.
Support trade studies, effectiveness/survivability evaluations, and comparative assessments.
Interface with Government organizations to define operational doctrine.
Perform tasks and activities in the support of corporate wide initiatives.
Participate in technical interchange meetings.
Present analysis results to internal and external customers.
Develop project plan (tasking, schedules, and budgets) for team.
Lead project or team with responsibility to meet project schedule and budget, and performance objectives.
Train and mentor early-career team members and colleagues.
