    The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team: 

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Duties and Responsibilities:        

    • Serve as an executive payroll Point of Contact POC focusing on qualified/non-qualified savings plans, equity plans, and benefit plans
    • Effectively manages the relationship and oversight of key activities of business process (BPO) providers and vendors.
    • Partners with RTX Executive Compensation and Benefits to research and resolve complex payroll issues, proactively recommend and implement mitigation efforts to prevent recurrence.
    • Participate as key advisor on strategic payroll initiatives and key projects.
    • Collaborate on and successfully execute all executive payroll activities related annual enrollment and year end activities.
    • Respond timely and accurately to audit requests, escalated issues, aged items, and recon accounting items.
    • Communicate with executive level leadership as necessary
    • Translate RTX executive compensation policies into appropriate payroll requirements for payroll technology improvement initiatives.
    • Perform as a key advisor in executive compensation plans.
    • Demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, issue resolution, and reporting.
    • Focus on quality when servicing RTX platinum and executive employees.
    • Support the ongoing alignment of RTX payroll practices and governance standards.

    Required Experience:

    • Strong experience in an active, advanced customer service environment; preferably in payroll, customer care, and/or benefits related industry.

    • Experience with ADP, Workday or other enterprise payroll system experience.

    • Solid analytical skills/systems analysis capabilities with knowledge of high tech pay modeling tools and databases.

    • Knowledge of deferred compensation plans, equity plans, and benefit plans.

    Education:

    • This role typically requires a Bachelors’ Degree in business, accounting or finance and 3 or more years of relevant experience. In rare cases in lieu of a degree a combination of related work experience, professional certifications and/or schooling may be considered

    • This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

    Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

    Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

    Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. 

    TO BE CONSIDERERD FOR REMOTE ROLES CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

    The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
