    Position summary

    , ubiquitous technical surveillance, data intelligence, lifecycle mission enablement, and software modernization. Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.

    Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Nightwing is seeking a Business Process Consultant / Business Process Analyst with Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) expertise to drive customer outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) efforts and design workshops

    • Collaborate with customers to improve their CAM processes using the ServiceNow platform

    • Manage and communicate CAM process and business requirements to the delivery team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer expectations

    • Be a key member of an overall engagement team focused on delivering customer outcomes

    • Guiding customers in defining and refining business requirement for functional aspects of the solution • Drafting user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them

    • Contribute towards continuous improvement of leading best practices for CAM

    Required Skills:

    • Must be a US Citizen

    • Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability

    • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

    • 10+ years of directly relevant experience

    • 5 + year of Service New CAM experience

    • Experience in analyzing and recommending CAM strategies based on business priorities

    • 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development and tuning

    • Significant consulting experience within complex, global organizations with the ability to influence and consult on CAM in an ITIL / ITSM Services environment

    • Experience in defining and deploying future-state CAM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse team

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude and passion for learning new technologies • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including development of customizations beyond out-of-box • Strong documentation and technical writing experience.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge and experience

    • Experience with collaboration tools including MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and Atlassian Jira Align

    Required Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree in a related discipline may substitute for two (2) years of experience. A PhD may substitute for four (4) years of experience.

    Desired Certifications:

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

    • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified

    • ITIL Foundation v4 Certified or willing to complete one year from hire

    The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
