Job Summary:
This position is for an Operations Finance Team Lead position within the Raytheon Missile & Defense Operations Finance Organization. This specific position is the Team Lead for NSUS (Naval Surface Undersea) Programs primarily located in Portsmouth, RI. Programs included but are not limited to Torpedo MK54, AQS-20, ALFS, AMNS, LCS-VDS, Taiwan IDS, and Zumwalt. As an Operations Finance Team Lead you will have 1-2 direct reports while supporting the RMD Operations West Directors, Program Operations Managers, and Program Stakeholders in successful completion of Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, weekly / monthly reporting and analysis and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders. This role also provides direct supervision of 1-2 EBAs within the organization. As the team lead, you will partner with Operations and Program leaders for EAC inputs, monthly variance reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, and weekly inquiries into cost and labor runs. As a manager, this role is responsible for providing day-to-day supervision, hiring, onboarding, timekeeping approval, and facilitate employee performance development processes

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Serve as the team lead for Operations Finance for assigned program(s), while also managing and overseeing the creation, review and approval of all quarterly Estimates at Complete for Operations to our program counterparts.
Perform detailed review of weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions.
Responsible for weekly and monthly oversite of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
Serve as Team Lead for Operations Finance directly supporting Operations Director for assigned program(s) as well as Program Operations Managers for assigned program(s)Identify staffing needs and facilitate hiring and onboarding of new
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
8 years’ experience in Finance related field; OR an advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of experience
