Typical daily activities executed by the team include supporting radar mission operations planning, execution, and analysis. The individual will contribute to team deliverables and work with both internal and external customers.
What You Will Do:
Support radar mission operations planning, execution, and analysis
Collaborate with site engineers to resolve radar technical issues
Support radar/HWIL site installation planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
Prepare, review and execute detailed test procedures and support Technical Lead with review of technical processes, procedures, and deliverables
Present detailed data analysis and explain results to internal leadership and external customers
Anticipated travel 10%, domestically and internationally.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix
Experience with Patch Release Testing (PRT), Formal Qualification Testing (FQT), and/or Maintenance Release Testing (MRT)
Experience with HWIL (Hardware in the loop) Data
Experience with Hardware and/or software integration
Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Systems Engineering experience including test, integration, or verification and validation of Early Warning Radars or other Missile Defense System (MDS) sensors, understanding of radar signal and data processing, and working level experience with requirements traceability, requirements management, or documentation of IV&V products
Experience in the development of verification for advanced radar capabilities and software builds, including building and executing simulated scenarios to gauge sensor performance metrics
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams of systems engineering professionals
Previous experience working in an Agile environment and utilizing JIRA
Current/Active DoD security clearance or SSBI

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
