We are seeking a Supervisor**, HR Ops** to work as part of a Tier 2 Global Hub operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to assume the role within the Enterprise Services, Raytheon Technologies Corporation corporate organization.
This will be a dual role who will act as the Team Leader cum Subject Matter Expert to provide full employee life cycle management. This will include serving as a point of contact for managing critical employee life cycle transactions relating to HR Services, Payroll Services and Benefits services via case management as well as performing critical employee transactions. This role will also coach and support the team to deliver the service in line with the agreed service levels.
