The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.

Our Power and Controls Operations team is responsible for every internal and external customer order that is placed to our global network of Distribution Centers (DC). We oversee the operations of 13 global DCs and manage tens of thousands of shipments per month to our customers. Our primary role is to problem solve critical shortages for our Repair Centers as well as ensuring on time delivery for our external customer customers. In this role, you will work side by side with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Material Handlers to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.

This is a high visibility group, with the opportunity to make a great impact for our customers every day.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports internal and external customer Supply Chain inquiries
• Assists internal teams in virtual inventory management and delivery creation
• Gain knowledge on Supply Chain details and communicating effectively to customers
• Arrange status reports as needed for Customer inquiries

Basic Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• (Must be a https://U.S. Person (https://U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. 

Preffered Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience leveraging strong communication, teaming and results oriented skills. 
• Prior experience communicating across teams and platforms to successfully collaborate on projects/goals
• Experience leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills for on-time deliverables
