Job Summary:
Raytheon RMD Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Manager (Senior Manager Business Process Management) who will report to the Team Lead, RMD Business Process Management. The Supply Chain Risk Manager will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Risk team with respect to supply chain risk strategy and will act as the primary liaison between the Material Program Management (MPM) community and GSCM Operations. The position is responsible for strategizing, collaborating, implementing, and communicating MPM training and metrics. The Supply Chain Risk Manager will also play a critical role in ensuring compliance of EX/IM related issues throughout the Supply Chain community including, but not limited to, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), as well as Raytheon Corporate and RMD policies and procedures.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Serve as primary interface between RMD GSCM and RMD Material Program Management community to create and deliver recommended training deliverables
Act as subject matter expert in MPM command media, including working with the command media point of contact and providing continuous recommended updates and changes to all MPM related processes and procedures
Collaborate with GSCM Operations team to strategize, create, and maintain an effective Material Program Management metric dashboard to ensure accountability across the Business.
Provide analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as a stakeholder on the Supply Chain Risk team while providing insight on creative solutions to identify and close gaps in cross-functional processes and procedures
Maintaining a high level of familiarity ITAR, EAR, FAR, DFARS, Import/Export Policies & Procedures, Directives, Work Instructions, Bulletins, and Prime Contract Flow-Down requirements
Providing advice and guidance on compliance related matters
Supporting internal/external audit activity, while developing/implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
Expanding Compliance awareness within Global Supply Chain through individual and group training activity.
Qualifications You Must Have:
10+ years of experience in the area of Material Program Management, Government Contracting or Supply Chain Management
Demonstrated experience in multi-functional assignments (MPM, PMO, Operations, Subcontract Management, for example)
Experience working with laws and regulations applicable to federal contracting activities, including the ITAR, EAR, Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Department of Defense FAR Supplements
Ability to obtain / maintain US Secret Clearance
Travel required (approximately 25%)
Qualifications We Value:

Experience with Business Warehouse (Rapid Response) and other reporting databases
Master’s or MBA degree
