At Raytheon Missiles & Defense, by combining our vast resources and investments, we are able to dedicate ourselves to solving mission-level vs. product-level customer challenges – together we can anticipate more, move faster and make a bigger impact on the big picture.

What does Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) do?

SI&T integrates, verifies, and validates our products.

We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.

    Who is SI&T?

We're a diverse group of engineers that are dedicated to ensuring our products protect the warfighter.

    Job Summary:

The Radars and Sensors Center within SI&T seeks talented Systems Engineers to support Integration efforts. Integration is a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. Whether hardware, software, networking or some combination of all three, you'll be stretched to learn about how our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis.  You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together.

This position is located in Massachusetts (Tewksbury or Marlborough) but will require a minimum of 1 year assignment at Wallops Island, VA. While on assignment, this role will require extended hours and may require support to off-shift hours.
