Systems Engineer/Test Analyst (Onsite)

The C2BMC National Team Integration & Test Functional Area has an immediate need for a Test Analyst to assist with the organization and participation in Flight and Ground Tests. System Test CFPT is looking to augment its staff with a highly motivated and skilled individual that can help in the assessment of successful Flight and Ground Tests.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying required resources, developing and understanding mission objectives for the system(s) under test, developing data archival and analysis plans, and developing post mission reports.

The candidate will be responsible for configuration management and control of test resources, articles, and tools for data collection during the event.

The candidate will also serve as I&T liaison to other C2BMC test participants and MDA/BCT test managers.

The candidate will also develop any supplemental procedures required to ensure successful execution.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications Experimentation Laboratory (C2BMC X-Lab) is a very fast paced and dynamic environment.

Required:

JEMINI is responsible for developing and integrating future-capability prototypes for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) including Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development and other critical leading-edge missile defense technologies and has a need to augment the team with a senior systems engineer lead that holds an active and in-scope Top Secret U.S. security clearance and is eligible to obtain a TS/SCI and possesses demonstrable skills in the following areas:

•Expertise in full cycle systems engineering of new capabilities
•Capability and requirement derivation based on customer needs
•Operations Concept (OPSCON) & Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development System and subsystem decomposition
•Use case, system requirements, performance specification development, and UML modeling System interface design &  Interface Control Document development
•Conducting and participating in peer reviews
•Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
•Leadership of a team composed of multiple disciplines

Education:

Bachelors' degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and 8 years' of relevant experience.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $87,500 to $188,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
