In anticipation of an upcoming contract award, RI&S is posting this opportunity
Raytheon Company is seeking a Technical Deputy Program Manager willing to work in a fast paced environment to assist the PM and program members to identify best practices, for repeating and standardizing workflows and providing guidance on how to best approach new technology integration. This role requires someone with proven experience who possesses strong analytical and program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate program management process activities including preparation of briefings and presentation
Assist the PM in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings
Manage requirements to include input of new requirements, refinement of requirements, and creation and maintenance of boards and reports
Support tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
Provide support such as technical writing, technical editing of documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product.
Compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals and reports.
Skills Required:
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a readiness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives
Excellent analytic and communication skills to help build and document processes, policies, and job aids
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Cyber Threat Intelligence experience in either an analytic or operational capacity
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills & excellent documentation skills.
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science or related field with 7 years of experience and or Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
