Works under minimal or no supervision.
Leads lower-level staff in Test Equipment support functions.
Knowledgeable in all types of electronic test equipment.
Ability to read schematics and prints, mechanical drawings, and facility prints.
Ability to identify root cause of equipment failure down to the component level.
Repair, maintain, and overhaul of Electro-mechanical and electrical systems.
Fabricate Electronic and Electro-mechanical Test equipment, and their components using basic shop equipment.
Develop and maintain equipment procedures and schedules for calibration and preventative maintenance.
Work with other disciplines to develop Total Productive Maintenance procedures and schedules.
Strong administrative skills required, utilizing many MS Office tools for data analysis, creation of procedures, Project planning, etc...
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Certification may be required for technical support roles
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Experience with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Test equipment is required.
Experience in Fabrication of custom Electronic Test equipment.
Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
Familiarity with Industrial PLC programming, logic controls, and/or electro-mechanical system controllers is desired.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools is essential.
Familiarity with LabView and/or Visual Basic is desirable.
Good communication skills, capability to interact with other disciplines in a courteous and efficient manner.

The salary range for this role is 59,000 USD - 125,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
