In anticipation of an upcoming contract award, RI&S is posting this opportunity
Raytheon is looking for a Virtual Operation Support Specialist to support a customer’s operational requirements on a mission focused program located in the Northern Virginia area. The successful candidate will work in a team environment, be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision, and be responsible for ensuring best security practices. The successful candidate will have experience and deep knowledge in Virtual Operations.
Key Responsiblities:
Provide operational and technical guidance for virtual operations team with emphasis on monitoring and providing solutions for technical issues
Act as technical liaison to the virtual ops team, supporting all facets of technical operations
Work closely with developers and others in troubleshooting issues
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six (6) years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline to include 1-4 years of experience with the IC community
Ability to create, track, deconflict, maintain online profiles and act as technical liaison to operations
Must possess solid understanding of basic cyber tradecraft and working knowledge of IP protocols
Solid understanding of basic cyber tradecraft and working knowledge of IP protocols
Experience setting up service accounts and maintaining system documentation
Perform online research and analysis and the ability to provide reports using performance indicators
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
Expertise in social media platforms management, operations, and marketing
Experience troubleshooting Operating Systems and Applications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) with a minimum of 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline.
