d administer project finance agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Build rapport with lenders to maintain positive working relationships and ability and willingness to work together to resolve any potential challenges
Analyze and review data, aggregate and provide reports and information to third parties per contractual requirements
Proactive cash flow management to ensure appropriate funding for operating expenses, debt service and distributions
Support future potential project debt origination (e.g. data collection/analysis, contract review, model review)
Coordinate project-level cash management with internal departments including Asset Management, Treasury, Accounting and Legal, amongst others
Work with a variety of internal and external finance professionals to implement credit support instruments (e.g. letters of credit)
Respond to internal and external inquiries that impact financing contracts
Data management: Project debt data uploaded and maintained in internal systems
Continuous process improvement: Process mapping and supporting potential improvement opportunities, documentation, model standardization and improvements
Other ad hoc duties as assigned (i.e. special projects, analytical support)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or related fields, required
Minimum of 3 years of Project Debt Finance experience required and a minimum of 8 years of overall professional work experience, in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility
Experience in banking, project finance or treasury, a plus
Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, well-organized, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts
Strong interest in finance and understanding of business contracts is required
Adept at analyzing financial statements
Moderate to advanced Excel skills and ability to accurately synthesizes data
Able to understand and summarize contractual terms and obligations
Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact and collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and problem-solving mentality
Continuous process improvement mindset
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapting to changing priorities
This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE office and field locations, employee must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time
