**Multiple openings on our off shifts which goes by seniority, shift preference along with business need (4:00pm-12:00am OR 12:00AM-8:00AM)
****Starting pay rate $20.59 an hour with a .50 shift differential.
Raise after 12 months and top rate by 2 years

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisors, the Extrusion Operator is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture change-over, and setup of tubing; profile extrusions and braided tubing, including winding, packaging and Quality functions.

Daily Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Timely setups 
Maintaining line speeds while generating minimal scrap
Making adjustments to extruder controls, downstream equipment, change screens, dies, pins and screws as required
Uses all tools and equipment provided by the company in a safe and respectful manner. 
Follow ISO Procedures.
Inspection and quality of finished product
Uses various measuring devices and systems to determine product quality
Making all packaging components for finished product.
Correctly completing all records that are required for the job; Production Records, Quality Records, Setup Charts, 5S charts

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or the equivalent

Mechanical & Technical aptitude

General math skills 

Additional Description

Manufacturing Related Experience Required 

Extrusion experience preferred
