The SG Malvern Campus Facilities Team is looking for an intern to help support the team in project management, meeting facilitation/presentations and building utilization studies. This internship is intended to provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the areas of project management, office safety and sustainability, workspace planning and technology.
Essential Functions
Collecting and analyzing online utility and sustainability data
Work with the facility manager to compose office safety and 5S communications
Assist with monitoring tasks for building evolution project
Evaluate usage of MS Teams and other building Audio/Visual technologies
Assist campus team with monitoring desk usage/ social distancing and other safety guidelines
Must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program, preferably in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Business management or a related field
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PPT, Excel
Working knowledge of MS Teams/Zoom
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills
