    Job Summary

    In this role, you will report to the Director of HR and serve as a trusted partner to the SGRNA team.  As the Human Resources Analyst/HRIS Specialist you will be responsible for managing certain day-to-day functions of the Human Resources systems, including central management and continuity of HR Analytics and HRIS data integrity; keeping the HR Internal Controls requirements a priority.   The Human Resources Analyst /HRIS Specialist will take a leadership role to ensure continuous improvement and maximum utilization and training of HRIS systems such as People Soft, PeopleGroup, Microstrategy, ATS, Employee Resource Site, etc. 

    As a vital part of the HR team, you will oversee high-level HR duties, such as various HR analytics, hiring procedures, and onboarding training standards. Assist in analyzing and improving organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.  Recommend new software applications to address personnel needs, such as performance review tools, organization design, and data management. 

    Responsible will include;

    • Coordinate end-to-end process including People Review talent management systems, Expatriate assignments, Open Enrollment, Central Payroll issues, PAR/SGIP campaign process

    • HR Reporting monthly, quarterly, annually, cyclical, and as needed

    • Monitor internal HR systems and databases and ensure proper application of codes and HRIS tables

    • Work with the HR Business Partners to design and oversee the HR operational programs, processes, and policies related to an employee life-cycle including employee onboarding, development, performance management, or engagement

    • Assist in analyzing and improving organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency

    • Resolve employees' inquiries about the company's HR policies and regulations, compensation, and labor regulations.

    Required Qualifications

    • BS Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields with a minimum of 5 plus years experience in Human Resources.

    • Expert skills in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) reporting and analysis

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills
