    Through our technical textile products subsidiary ADFORS Americas, Inc., we are creating 400 new jobs over the next two years and expanding its ability to serve customers during a time of growing demand.

    The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration and communication of a wide range of Human Resources programs across multiple shifts of two facilities of 100 employees, which is anticipated to grow 400 employees in the next 12 to 18 months.

    Key Accountabilities:  

    HR Programs – Responsible to manage/administer all site level and/or business/region wide programs and implementation at the site level. 

    • Benefits support/administration
    • Compensation
    • EHS programs and compliance, including contractor safety
    • Annual/recurring performance management processes
    • Government compliance
    • Communications
    • Diversity programs
    • Community relations

    Recruitment/Staffing & Workforce Planning – Responsible for needs identification, design and staffing of the site workforce. Proactively works with the management team to assess needs and identify the appropriate method for recruitment either internally or externally. Conducts proactive diverse outreach and relationship building in the areas of sourcing and recruitment, to attract, recruit and hire the best talent to complement our team.

    Employee Relations (Performance Management & Engagement) - Will manage employee relations and employee engagement/retention development. This includes:

    • Annual employee surveys; Implementation and management of action plans
    • Site level activities to celebrate our wins or annual events (e.g. EHS Day)
    • performance management processes, coordinate the annual appraisal processes
    • Support and complete annual succession planning, review action plans and ensure development plans and training opportunities are offered
    • Review of policy or ethics & safety violations; plus manage internal investigations

    Training – Ensure employees are able to perform their jobs.  Development of work instruction and training programs, including videos and presentations, training cycle and evaluations document in job skills matrixes

    Compliance (Policies & Procedures) - Will establish, evaluate and lead the development, dissemination and interpretation of personnel policies and their implementation at the site, providing consultation to the management team. Will develop process to ensure adherence for compliance and records

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree - within Human Resources, Business or Related Field; Required.

    Master's Degree - within Human Resources, Business or Related Field; Preferred.

    5+ years of growing accountabilities with Human Resources / Business and HR Management; Required.  

    Experience within Manufacturing / Distribution or Related Industry; Required.
