Job Summary

What’s the job?

This position requires an in-depth knowledge of all loyalty programs and policies and procedures. It supports all loyalty programs by validating, inputting data and data maintenance within processing system to track, report and issue rewards and rebates.  Responsibilities include review and audit of customer sign up forms, redemption forms, insurances, invoices and distributor reports to determine credential and/or incentive program eligibility as well as program coordination.  Includes data input of customer eligibility as well as proof of purchase and competitive information where required.

Must be able to discern special circumstances that may impact relationships, impact sales, and know when to elevate for management review. Ability to analyze reports and invoices to insure products usage is accurate.  Ability to match invoices to actual CT products by product numbers / SKU’s.  This position follows standards established by policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

What do you bring?

• High school diploma required plus 4-5 years of office experience

• Strong Data Entry Skills

• Developed mathematical skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required

• PC Proficient

• Must possess strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills

• Must be able to do basic data analysis

• Possess excellent professional communication skills
