Job Summary

What’s the job?
Maintains, develops and enters data in computer systems.
Maintain a strong focus on Availability and Uptime of the production machines.
Assists with project scheduling for special projects as well as routine maintenance shutdowns.
Assist with supervision of maintenance and other employees as required.
Assures materials availability for necessary work and receives and maintains proper and efficient storage of maintenance materials.
Performs maintenance crew scheduling and record keeping.
Develops accurate data and information from records to prepare reports, statistics, etc.
Compiles, audits, and processes a variety of complex and confidential weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the Engineering and Maintenance departments as requested.
Performs routine administrative functions including preparation of correspondence to dispose of those items that are routine or of a repetitive nature.
Prepares correspondence as necessary and assembles necessary standard information, which may be needed to accompany such correspondence.
Maintains various departmental records, files, reports, etc, involving complex and confidential material.
Reports directly to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
Required Qualifications

What do you bring?
Prefer at least 2 years of Maintenance Planner experience
Ability to work well in a cross functional team with strong interpersonal skills.
SAP knowledge very helpful
Effective verbal and written communication ability.
Competent with Microsoft office suite
Previous experience in an industrial plant environment.
