What’s the job?
· Primary manager of the Computer Managed Maintenance System (CMMS) Database and SAP Super User
· Updates records in CMMS system according to feedback from the field, including updating Work Orders (WO’s), work instructions, Preventive Maintenance Auto Released (PMAR) instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM) information, etc.
· Ensures legal compliance maintenance checks and inspections are tasked in a timely manner based on input from systems owners, such as environmental group, safety group, etc.
· Reviews the list of notifications, priorities, and complexities of work scope for “Approved” Notifications to proceed with planning on a daily basis
· Determines labor and craft requirements, spare parts, materials, and special tools or rentals required to accomplish work scope
· Develops and maintains Maintenance Plans & Strategies (Time Based/Cycle/Condition Based) as required with input from the Engineers, system owners, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
· Responsible for the output of the planned maintenance work order planning process
· Project planning (asset maintenance activities) will be a “fit-for-purpose” job packet which includes the requisites necessary for performing and completing the work scope in its entirety based on input from the Project Manager and Engineering
· Ensures any new equipment or new periodic requirements are added to the maintenance calendar based on input from Engineers.
· Provides training on CMMS system to other users as required
