CertainTeed Insulation, Chowchilla is seeking several full-time Production Workers (Entry-Level Inspector Packers)
The Chowchilla Manufacturing Facility operates 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Successful candidates will possess the ability to work weekends, holidays, 12-hour shifts, and rotate from day shift (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) tonight shift (7:30 PM to 7:30 AM) every four (4) weeks. This schedule repeats throughout the year.
Successful candidates will possess the ability to follow direction from the assigned Shift Manager and Team Lead; work in a high paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision; be self-driven and motivated to train in new positions, and serve as a backup. Adjust to varies workstations throughout the shift, maintain housekeeping as assigned.
