We are seeking Multiple Production positions at our manufacturing facility in Dublin, GA including Furnace Operator, Beaming Operator, Bushing Operator, and more! This is an opportunity to become part of a family friendly team, in an expanding company, with room for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

Bushing Operator

• Form glass from furnace into fibers.
• Work with glass that is cooling in a temperature controlled area.
• Work with chemicals that are applied to the fibers.

Furnace Operator

• Analyze data and statistics.
• Work with gas combustion.

Beaming Operator

• Load, setup, glue and splice twisted glass fiber yarns.
• Operate the beaming machine in a temperature controlled area.

Job Status: Full time

Salary: Depending on job; $17.00/hr minimum

Shift: 12-hour swing shift

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing/Production experience

• Ability to lift/move/push/pull heavy objects up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to travel to Mexico for training.

• Flexibility to adjust daily workflow, to complete tasks.

• Proven ability in planning, organizing, communicating, motivating, controlling, problem-solving, negotiating and leadership in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong working knowledge of company policies, work instructions, and in house quality inspection standards.
