What’s the job?
Leadership role driving Standard Work practices within shift production team.
Works closely with Production Planning, Maintenance/Electrical departments, Quality Manager, Production Managers and Continuous Improvement Manager.
Assists with coordination of autonomous and preventive maintenance activities.
Assures good housekeeping practices, enforces plant rules and safety regulations, counsels’ employees, documents performance issues and applies the provisions of the labor contract.
Participates in Continuous Improvement events such as Rapid Improvement Events, Value Stream Mapping and 5s projects.
Manages administrative functions during a shift, including time and attendance, production reporting and production work order completions
Required Qualifications

What do you bring?
Associate degree or equivalent experience is required
1-3 years of experience in application of plant manufacturing experience
1 year of supervising, scheduling, and production related activities
Specific Technologies: Kronos, SAP, Trident
