What’s the job?
Provides project management, guidance, methodology & leadership to capital projects with a budget scope above $25M. Manage projects to achieve a timely completion with the desired performance criteria to the agreed budget and ensure group EHS standards met at every stage of the project. This position requires up to 75% travel.

Suppliers and contractors (in close collaboration with purchasing) to obtain and negotiate quotes for the necessary project work while ensuring the scope and execution meets all expectations.
Represent the Company as necessary in front of local authorities in permitting and incentive processes.
Conflict management of all the coordination of all parties, finding the correct balance to move forward
In collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition, Co-ordinate the recruitment of the local project team.

What will success look like?
Executes major projects to achieve a timely completion with the desired criteria to approved budget and ensure group EHS standards are met at all steps of the project
Incumbent is recognized as a Project expert within CertainTeed Roofing on major global projects
Ability to communicate at all levels
Project Site presence required for duration of the projects
Shows awareness and anticipation of impacts of current objectives upon wider business strategy and suggests ways to shape the strategy
Typically operates, reports into and networks at a senior management level whilst on site gives defined tasks to project team
Actively provides feedback, advice, and support to all, encourages, and facilitates sharing of knowledge amongst peers and development opportunities
Developing own internal and external networks, establishing connections within the business, and the region and seeing positive impacts of this in achieving results.
