Role Summary: The Business Systems team at Saks.com is looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this position, you will partner closely with the Finance/Accounting teams to deliver enhancements and support for the newly implemented Workday Financials platform. Role Description: Become the go-to contact to provide technical and functional support for Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Capital Project teams while gaining experience in Workday Financials Partner with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production support issues Act as the Subject Matter Expert to lead ad hoc training sessions and develop job aids for knowledge transfers Build and maintain advance reports Develop working knowledge of the Workday security framework while assigning role/user-based access to end users Excel in providing clear, effective and positive communication with colleagues and stakeholders while working remotely Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Key Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of Workday Finance experience Strong understanding of Accounting concepts and operations Previous experience working in Financial Accounting is a plus Understanding of the system development life cycle with the use of project management software (e.q. JIRA, Monday, etc.) Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment.
