Role Summary: Saks is looking for an IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for developing, documenting, and improving support processes for a newly formed team. The IT Support Specialist will play an integral role in our daily operations by acting as a point of escalation for end user issues. You will assist with ticket resolution including priority tickets, general guidance, and best practices related to the technology systems essential to the day-to-day business operations. Key Qualifications: 4 years experience providing high-level technical support, prior experience building or expanding the IT function at a growing organization a plus 2 years experience providing AV and Video Conferencing support executive level meetings and town halls Excellent customer service skills are paramount to success in this position Demonstrated ability to be empathetic with the IT end-user experience Possess the aptitude or experience to provide proactive service to our customers Demonstrates a results oriented approach to customer service Ability to think creatively and quickly under pressure and switch between big picture strategic thinking and tactical execution and support Comfort operating in and administering technology in a multi-platform environment, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, Okta, Bettercloud, GSuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, MS 365, and AWS Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment.
