Product Manager - Size & Fit

Role Summary The Product Manager - Size & Fit is responsible for ensuring a superior customer shopping experience as a result of maintaining size standards and governance for all product categories on site and working with cross-functional teams to identify, define and design solutions to improve the way we communicate size information to our customers. Qualifications 3-6 or more years of experience in e-commerce or digital environments 3-6 or more years of experience in creating scope documents, functional business requirement specifications and use cases 2 or more years of experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies A strong understanding of the retail ecommerce landscape, including “best practice” features and functionality Proficient with Optimizely, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Knowledge of site analytics tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics Understanding of A/B testing design and execution Understanding of web technology fundamentals Bachelor’s degree required Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment Who You Are: Your oral and written communication skills are obviously effective and clear A team player with a passion for collaborating across many different teams You have proven planning and organizing skills A natural problem-solver, who is also intuitively analytical and creative You understand the value of being proactive and solution-oriented with a keen attention to details You have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment A natural leader with the ability to work with minimal guidance Role Description: Oversee all projects related to Size & Fit on product pages including size grammar and ordering, brand size conversions, size guidelines, and product copy related to size and fit Review key metrics and customer data including reviews, return rates, and engagement on product page to prioritize key issues and suggest solutions Research and recommend “best practices” based on competitive analysis Coordinate projects across multiple teams to ensure that tasks are proceeding according to schedule and all process information is clearly documented Research potential improvements to Size & Fit experience via internal or third-party technology solutions Measure and track project performance and provide the organization with post-launch results analysis (i.e lower return rates, decreased customer inquiries related to size/fit) Additional responsibilities as required Saks.com is an equal opportunity employer.
