アカウントエグゼクティブはお客様の最前線に立ち、お客様が抱える課題や将来の変革に向け、弊社の持つソリューションを提案する役割を担います。以下の通り、大手企業から中小まで規模を問わず、様々なお客様を支援しております。
アカウントオーナー、テリトリーオーナーとして、売り上げ計画の立案を行い、新規のお客様に対する提案、および既存顧客に対するアップセル、クロスセルを行います。提案先は経営者や役員などビジネスのリーダーが中心、コンサルティング要素の強い営業活動を行うことができます。
AEが目指すのは、お客様の「トラステッド・アドバイザー」になることです。
