Role Description

 

About Team

  • Growth Business Account Executive covering Commercial within the Retail channel.

  • Territory is aligned by local geography and region

About Role

  • Selling our Core 360 solutions across a set of existing Salesforce customers as well as breaking into net new logos in your assigned territory

  • Increasing revenue spend

  • You will be working in a fast-paced, innovative and growing environment

Your Impact

  • You will lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst growing existing accounts.
  • Leading strategic accounts and relationships across the team
  • Drive Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence together with your Regional Sales Director. 
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Recruitment and enablement of Partners
  • Engage with prospect organisations to position salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Run the sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as  Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Daily update of the salesforce.com system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Handling industry events and user groups to generate market interest

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • Validated track achievement against targets and metrics
  • Credibility internally and with customers
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
  • Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
