We are seeking proven sales performers to help us build, support & expand our customer base in the GIC / GCC segment in India. This is a role for someone who is a seasoned professional, has deep skills in Account Management, experience in managing multiple internal and external customers across geographies. Responsibilities include generating & influencing business and expand our foot print in Global Capabilities/Innovation Centers established in India! The role also requires to be a Trusted Advisor to the Customer, drive niche strategic and / or digital transformation programs for their global enterprise. This is a role for someone who can visualize and evangelize the power of Digital Transformation with Salesforce, be an evangelist to ensure Salesforce penetration into this segment.
On top of your own business development, we provide a range of support functions to help create and drive opportunities from internal sales support to highly skilled pre-sales so it is not just you against the world.
Develop and Manage relationships with GIC / GCCs, understand their objectives and drive initiatives
Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives / Key customers the value of our enterprise suite of applications.
Prepare and present Industry & Customer specific POVs
Work with teams to present transformation roadmaps & business value
Managing internal team members which includes collaborating with the Global Account Team, Customer Technology Advisors and other relevant collaborators.
Forecast sales activity and revenue in Salesforce, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
Work effectively with an ecosystem of Consulting Partners & Global System Integrators
10+ years of experience in a quota carrying role and closing deals in software (business applications preferred).
Proven Experience in managing GIC / GCC’s of organizations and a successful track-record of influencing / winning engagements from India.
Consistently achieved quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions.
Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
CRM experience preferred.
Ability to work at a fast pace, team environment.
Strong customer references.
Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
