About this role:
As a Slack Specialist AE, you are the experienced subject matter expert in Slack for the Korea Business Grow. You are a deep domain expert of the product, accountable for driving the pipeline and revenue growth of Slack across your specific territory and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
You are responsible for Slack revenue growth via net new logos and growing current customers' Slack footprint. This includes sales of new product lines, such as Agentforce in Slack, Slack Sales Elevate and Slack AI, or expanding the Slack Use Cases.
As the Slack Specialist you may lead the sales cycle end to end, or work hand in hand with the Account Lead AE as the Slack domain guide.
You are responsible for driving PipeGen of Slack across your designated territory working closely with a team of internal collaborators including Core AEs, BDRs and marketing.
You are able to educate customers on the value of Slack through industry or account specific point of views
Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for customers
Handling of customer communication plus organize/raise issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
You will do this by:
Educating customers on the value of our products in a consultative way
Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
Uncovering business initiatives and difficulties to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
Having a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
What you should have:
Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts with large enterprise organizations
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
Business level fluency in Korean language required
Shown negotiation and closing skills
Consistent track record of navigating within large organizations
Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
Ability to be flexible and adaptive
Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors preferred
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.);
