Salesforce is looking for a quota carrying Account Executive to help us grow our Trailhead Academy business in EMEA. The Trailhead Account Executive role focuses exclusively on selling Salesforce Education, Training and Enablement solutions to maximize customer success and adoption with Salesforce solutions and create a culture of learning inside companies. The Trailhead Account Executive will execute a sales strategy within assigned territories, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their assigned space.
You will work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique business challenges and goals our customers face relating to the development of skills and talent. This will involve working directly with customers to position the right training and enablement solutions such as technical skills courses to consulting engagements involving our Education Architects.
Responsibilities:
Overall
Cultivate and grow the Salesforce Trailhead Academy business and brand in the customer base within the Trailhead EMEA markets
Exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Trailhead Academy enablement solutions into commercial and enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
Account Planning and Pipeline Generation
Be involved in the selling of the full Trailhead Academy portfolio that includes:
Standard Trailhead training services (Public Training and Certifications, Private Workshops, Training Credits and Subscriptions)
Strategic Enablement and Learning Plans
Own prospecting, lead generation and pipeline building activities on all learning and enablement opportunities across territory. Includes analyzing and interpreting account data in Salesforce applications to qualify account opportunity and sales potential.
Develop customized learning and enablement strategies to sell into the customer base, across the Trailhead Academy portfolio.
Complete proposals writing (including responding to RFI; RFP), contracting and pricing estimates, raising order forms, ensuring completion of all internal approval processes.
Have knowledge on Trailhead courses and curriculums to position with customer during direct and indirect sales cycles.
Build internal network within Salesforce to position Trailhead solutions at assigned accounts. This will include working directly with RVP’s/AE’s as well as CSG Services team (Account Partners and Customer Success Managers).
Daily/Weekly update of the Salesforce systems with accurate customer and pipeline data and presenting to Sales Manager
Attend and represent Trailhead Academy as part of wider Account Planning sessions, Customer SIC’s
Support marketing and communication activities for respective region in context of EMEA Trailhead framework

Minimum Qualifications:
3 to 5 + years of consistently exceeding quota in a technology services sales role
Previous experience selling learning and enablement services beneficial
Excellent proposal writing, presentation and listening skills
Fluent English and other European languages i.e. German, Dutch, French, Spanish
