Account Executive to drive digital transformation and strategic sales across the Western Australia Public Sector. This role is critical to helping WA Government agencies leverage the full power of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to deliver exceptional services, improve citizen outcomes, and achieve their mission objectives.
You will be responsible for owning a defined territory of WA Public Sector accounts, managing complex sales cycles end-to-end, and building deep, trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders. Success in this role requires an in-depth understanding of WA's unique political, economic, and regulatory landscape, including specific state-level procurement frameworks and digital
strategy priorities.

Maintain the highest level of accuracy in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce, providing transparent and data-informed insights to regional and national leadership.
Required Qualifications
Proven Success in Complex Sales: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or digital transformation.
WA Public Sector Experience is Essential: Minimum of 5 years' experience selling technology solutions directly into the Western Australian Government, State Agencies, or Local Government.
Expertise in WA Procurement: Strong, practical understanding of Western Australian Government Procurement Rules, processes, tender requirements, and existing Common Use Arrangements (CUAs) relevant to ICT/SaaS purchases.
Security and Compliance Acumen: Solid understanding of Australian Government security compliance requirements, including familiarity with concepts like IRAP certification and the need for Australian Data Residency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with senior-level public servants and procurement/commercial teams.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven capability in commercial negotiation and crafting compelling business cases.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with Salesforce platform or competing enterprise cloud solutions.
Existing relationships and network across key WA Government departments (e.g., Finance, Health, Transport, Premier & Cabinet).
Knowledge of specific digital modernisation priorities within the WA Public Sector.
