The Analyst, Enterprise Run Rate Programs role could be the right fit for you at Salesforce. We are currently looking for high-energy, driven, current or former Analysts from the worlds of Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy with a proven ability to draw actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.)

The ideal candidate has an analytical mind with the communication skills of a salesperson.
This candidate must be both proactive (diving into data to identify potential revenue opportunities) as well as reactive (investigating the revenue potential of a program suggested by one of our many stakeholders). Additionally, this candidate must be a dynamic and engaging public speaker, as they will be presenting their insights and ideas to sales teams across the country.

Collaboration is critical in this role. Great ideas for effective programs can come from our Sales Strategy teams, Data Scientists, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Pricing, and of course our Field Sales teams. The ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders, create effective communication models, and understand a team's unique motivations is key.

As an Analyst, you will receive exposure to seasoned executives while sharpening your skills as a data analyst and program manager. Our stakeholders will rely on you to help guide their strategic business decisions based on rock-solid quantitative and qualitative analysis.


As part of our Enterprise Business Unit you will be collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science Teams, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Sales Leadership to design and execute custom sales programs that drive results inside the largest accounts in the US. The Analyst role will fulfill the quantitative component of this design effort, and take part in delivering these prescriptive programs quarterly at the SVP level. Your programs will be carried out by teams of sales executives numbering in the hundreds.

Required Experience:
6+ years of experience as an Analyst in Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Sales Strategy, or Sales Enablement. Experience designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs. Experience drawing actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.)

Travel required up to 10%
Desired Experience:
Experience designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
Strong computer skills, including Businss Objects, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Bachelor or University Degree.
