    3. Future Growth Planning: Driving critical initiatives, both short-term (e.g., Go-to-Growth planning) and long-term, through cross-functional collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an Analyst in the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's objectives through:
    Data-Driven Insights: Conducting sophisticated analytics to structure and tackle complex business problems, providing data-driven recommendations to executives.
    Performance Optimization: Monitoring and improving operational performance through sales governance, pipeline analysis, and sales coverage optimization.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working across teams to establish scalable reporting, operational standards, and process improvements.
    Executive Presentations: Preparing presentation-ready content and recommendations to advise and guide senior-level decision-making.
    Strategic Planning: Supporting annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
    Project Involvement: Participating in key critical initiatives aimed at driving transformation and long-term growth.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for using analytics and strategy to drive impactful business outcomes. You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are excited by the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to craft organizational strategy.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Relevant years of experience in finance, management consulting, sales strategy, or a high-growth technology environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL.
    • Proven track record to navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
    • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, or Dutch preferred).
