The Analyst will be working closely with our transfer agent, brokers, legal counsel, and internal business partners to ensure all equity transactions are properly processed and appropriate tax withholding payments are processed accurately and timely. Our equity plans are offered to employees in 30+ countries and include ESPP, RSU, and PSU.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with abilities to contribute to process improvement and automation. This role will require someone with an analytical and solution-orientated approach, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a fervent teammate.
Help the team in managing all equity transactions including but not limited to new grant issuances, stock option exercises, restricted stock award/unit releases, ESPP, etc.
Provide high-level of customer service to our employees through timely and thoughtful solutions
Support automation and process optimization efforts
Perform month end audits and reconciliation of data between multiple platforms
Work cross-functionally with internal business partners including Payroll, Tax and Employee Success
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. vlookup, pivot tables)
CEP certification (minimum Level 1)
2+ years of experience with stock plan administration at a public company with a global workforce
Experience with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform preferred, including ESPP and stock option administration
System and data flow knowledge (Workday, Alteryx)
General knowledge of SOX compliance concept
