Salesforce.com is looking for a Analyst to join our growing Talent Ecosystem team in Central Europe. Talent Ecosystem is an important program to inspire people to be trained on the Salesforce technologies and to be part of the Salesforce Ecosystem. Together we want to drive awareness, volume, and communities close to markets to attract, certify and place talents at our partners, customers and Salesforce itself.

The role will report into the Programs Manager in EMEA Central and will work closely with all members of the team but also with a wide range of further internal and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 1+ years of work experience, strong networking, technical, relationship-building and communication skills to join the most innovative company in the high-tech industry. The Role

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, including Trailhead, Marketing, Alliances and Channels, Sales, Business Operations, Strategy, Partner companies, Customer companies, Universities, and many more.
  • Close cooperation with program and project managers in the creation, development and implementation of new and existing talent programs and initiatives together with partner companies, customers, educational institutions, universities, etc.
  • Collaborate in the creation and execution of various types of communication projects to drive awareness and promote talent initiatives internally and externally (social media, blog posts, newsletter, etc.).
  • Prepare executive and stakeholder updates and presentations by applying the overall communication strategy.
  • Research and review existing talent programs globally to identify opportunities and derive recommendations for our region.
  • Contribute to the further development of our project management methodology, processes and standards as well as the tools used for project planning and project control.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations and the coordination of communication and information across departments and regions.
  • Organize and lead events and initiatives to build a talent community across departments and offices, and to drive awareness around our programs.

Desired experience

  • Graduated in 2020 or 2021 (Bachelor or Master, no MBA) in a digital technology discipline such as technology and entrepreneurship, big data, innovation, etc.
  • 1+ years experience (previous internships or traineeships will be appreciated) in business operations, program management or project management in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage, previous exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem a plus.
  • Must be able to network across the company.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
  • Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach.
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Highly collaborative style and desire to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, Salesforce.com and G Suite experience an advantage.
  • German and English proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus.
